This iconic diner opened in 2005 in a historic building in Bisbee's Lowell district and instantly became a local institution. The vintage 1940s-50s atmosphere features classic diners vibes with enormous buttermilk pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, coffee-charred chicken salad, mountainous crème pies, and locally roasted coffee that keep locals and travelers coming back.
